This heirloom redesign incorporates diamonds and rubies from unworn jewelry. 
 
The ring was created in satin finish 18k Recycled Yellow Gold to create tiers in a design that highlights a central round brilliant cut diamond with four round brilliant cut diamonds in each corner, as well as four French cut diamonds in the north, south, east, west positions. Hidden from the top view, but visible to the wearer, two rubies were bezel set as a pop of color and surprise leading from the knife edges band into the central arrangement of diamonds.
